Again very funny.
People in here are underrating the last years Liverpool team. Hello, they won the trophy afterwards, am I right? They had a perfect defense last year, Conceding no goal against us in the Delle Alpi, and they didn't concede a single goal in both games vs. Chelsea. You honestly can't compare that Liverpool defense with the bad Bremen defense. Also, Bremen is not as good in away games, as pool was and I really think, that the lads have learned from last years mistake. Honestly, I do think we can win this one and believe me, we will advance!
when we were beaten by them they were just 5th placed team in england. so what if they were champions afterwards, beating juventus is sure a confidence booster and everyone knows that confidence means a lot. and the thing is that pool were better than us, which cannot be said about chelsea and milan, where they were just lucky. juventus were outplayed by werder in the first leg and im just afraid we wont be able to outplay them at home

as usual I find it very funny, that people find negative points when Juve is winning 3-1. The rusult is what counts in these matches. We can only win in these games, as the media and the fans expect a win, and it doesn't matter how we win, we simply have to win. Nobody will remember this game in 2 weeks, so why should we play like the #1 aces and score 5 without conceeding???
I am also sick of your nice predictions: We will go out of the CL, although we are in a very good position because of 2 away goals, and we are still leading Serie A with 10 points or so. You are just way too pesimistic.
did you even watch the Bremen game ??

we were played off the fucking field....it was a total humiliation

watch the Bremen game, and if you already have, watch it again

that is what we will be in for next week...lets see how Crap prepares

Vinni, he's one of those guys who thinks being a fan is about keeping your mouth shut. If you criticise Capello, you're not a fan. That's how he thinks. I agree with your analysis, but there's no point in discussing tactics etcetera with A_Lacki.

How is that funny? Seriously, do you really live in a fantasy world? Sometimes I just don't think these fans watch the matches because if they did...they would not think everything is going well. And they would certainly not think discussions such as these are funny.

I don't think that's true at all. A Lacki simply has another oppinion about our play and results than you and Vinman do. Doesn't mean he is as arrogant about other oppinions such as yourself.

It's not about ignoring our relatively bad play, is just about being needlessy pessimistic and about patronising the oppinions of others.

A_Lacki has NO opinion. That's the problem. What he's saying is that the result is good. Well that's great, but we know the result is good, that's a fact. He's hardly contributing to our discussion of Cap's tactics.

I am yet to see A_Lacki's opinion on Cap's tactics. Vinman is being pessimistic and I don't think we will lose the scudetto, but he has a point when he says this could cost us the scudetto.

Whoever thinks 3-2 is a good result after we were winning 1-2 with about 6mins left has a poor grasp of football reality.

Anyway, that wasn't the most infuriating part, it was the performance(oxymoron in this part, as in no way did we perform).

That's exactly right, however some people here are unable to understand the difference between performances and results.

For me it was a bad performence & a bad result too.If they could manage to get a draw here they will knock us out so......Anyway I know that our personality could turn the table & we could win by a lot of goals maybe 3_1 or 4_1.

scudetto shmudetto. i want to see a decent run in the champions league. when we could say "damn, that was unlucky", not "oh fuck, how much we suck"!

really scudetto is nice and dandy, but we have 28 of them, fuck it, 29 really. but the big eared trophy...

Well, one after another

@ Vinman: Oh yes I have seen the Werder game, and have to partly agree. Bremen were the better team, but I think that we played, like an away team has to play in a game, against a team that is so good on their own turf. At least we did that for 87 minutes. We defended quite well, although we were weak on corners and took our chances very well, although we could have scored 2 more in the first half. In away games, its IMO all about taking every chance you get to score and defend as good as you can. Let them play and strike on the counter attck. IMO thats the tactic for difficult away games. I was also quite satisfied with Capello in this game, cause he subed Ibra very early, cause he was shit and no coach is to blame, when you unluckily loose a game in 5 minutes. Can happen, Werder were lucky in the end, still I think we have a very good situation for the away game.

@ Fli: I am sick to talk about this Pool game, but anyways: Pool had a good defense throughtout the whole last season, but were very poor in attack, thats the reason why they had this bad situation last year. Also, in Liverpool, DP scored a goal, which was disallowed for offside, but reaplays show, it wasn't, so it could have been 2-2, and Juve would have advanced. In Turin, Canna made a header that went off the post. Bad luck, if it would have gone in, Juve would have maybe gon through. However, thats the Champions League. You need a good balanced team, players that can be extraordinary in certain situation, and the luck, thats simply needed in Cup games. Unlucky last year, but hopefully, things will go better next year.

@ Andy: I told you, why I think its funny, to discuss tactics after a game about Lecce. One more time: In these games, you can only win. I am satisfied with the result and it gives me nothing, when I see Juve beating Lecce 5-0 and playing like the Brazilian NT, cause in the end the people will say: So what? Its not hard to play like that against Lecce! Everybody knew you will bet them. Understand? You struggle against teams like Lecce, cause you know, that everything less than a win is embarising. Even a draw would have been a loss in the end. So the result is what counts.

@ Seven: Why the heel are you back??? You don't know nothing about me, and come up with a statement like this

Now seriously: How many of my posts have you read before??? Have you read my post in the team talk about my opinion on the tactics? But for you: I am a big fan of the trident, and I would love to see this in Juventus. However, I trust Capello, who IMO is the best coach on earth. We can all say that his tactics are crap, but in the end I think he knows what he does. He coaches the players everyday and knows who can play together, and who not. I won't critize him, cause I can't say, that I could do it better, and so far, the Italians (who think about the result first) are satisfied, and me too. I want Juve to win and score beautiful goals, cause thats what I like about my team. Goals and wins. In the moment there is nothing to critize. We are first in the league and are about to advance in the CL.
I am surly not one of those guys, who say that you can't critize your team, cause otherwise you are not a real fan. I think critic has to be justified. At the moment its completely unjustified.

I still don't know why some of you keeps on moaning and defending Capello.

We might pass Bremen on the 7th, but I doubt our team reaching Paris Airport in may....Last year Capello was praised for our 28th Scud and was also defended after the L'Pool's game as If It's not his fault. FFS, It's up to him whether to let his men play an attackin football or not It's up to him to change that boring old fashion 4-4-2 that reminds me of Trap's 02-04 with the Azzurri, though Traps formation was way much more Interesting.

I just don't understand these people who keeps on asking us to wait for the return leg and then talk....Why the hell should we wait for the 2nd leg when we already can finish this from the start...??? Why do we always have to put ourselves in these sitiuations...?? Yet, nobody would answer this question.
And just for the record, Bremen was beaten 4days before we played them by team that is already preparing for Germany Regional League - North and waving goodbye for the Bundesliga. Funny, ehh???

I'd like somebody to explain me the 17shots that Buffon recieved in the first half, not to forget the poss of the ball they got....

I'm not a pessimist person at all....I always had and still have faith in this team...I just don't wanna smell another Liverpool pathetic perfomance. Our squad is waay better than that. It's up to Capello to know how to use it.

i agree with Azzurri7

Its up to coach to make the team play well.

Some fans said to me that we can be happy with the result, but it was a bad performance by juve, bremen is not as strong as some want to make them(probably to have a better excuse why juve lost)....

ok, forget how we lost that lead, but when trez scored 2-1 i was thinking do we really get away with so sh-t performance, we had much less shots on goal and ah i am tired to even reply what all was bad.

Team like juve should have played much better against bremen. The qualitys are so differant between those two clubs and bremen isnt usually very good in CL.
