The Nerazzurri travel to Stadio delle Alpi without a number of key figures for the Serie A encounter.
Juan Sebastian Veron has been added to the injury list after hurting his knee in training this week.
The former Manchester United and Chelsea midfielder faces checks in the next few days to determine the extent of the problem.
Adriano, Alvaro Recoba, Andy van der Meyde and Marco Materazzi are already ruled out of Mancini's plans.
