The midfielder was set to start at the Stadio Delle Alpi but he won’t feature as a result of a left knee problem.

Brazilian utility player Jose Ze Maria, who scored against Cagliari on Sunday, is likely to replace him in the side.

Exactly. Just because we thumped a defensively poor team at the weekend, our problems haven't gone away. Liverpool gave us problems and surely Inter are a better team.

Yeah, I prefer the strong and enduring Zalayeta against short Cordoba and slow Mihajlovic. Appiah is dynamic and has the speed and attacking qualities Tacchinardi lacks, hence why I'd like Tacch to be on the bench. Anyway, as long as Blasi and Montero are not on the field we'll be fine.
