I don't think anyone is satisfied with losing to Sampdoria, but why are you making such a big deal of it? I really don't get it Jack :D . You keep hating on Turk and these days your posting is more and more like his.
After the news about Anelka I would like to apologize for Turk for everything I said about him. He is spot on. Anelka for fuck's sake, it's Anelka and some people even dare say that the move is not bad. There is no shame anymore.

Dropping points is one thing and performing below par is another thing, we started 2013 with three terrible performances before we got our shit together against Udinese. And even against Udinese it took some world class moments from an individual to break their defences. The real failure is not fixing the team's biggest problem, or better yet fixing it by bringing fucking Peluso followed by fucking Anelka.

And just to show you that I complain only when it is relevant you can go see my posts about our CL run after the third draw and how I believed we will do great in the second half of the group stage. I urge you to see it. I was even happy that Shaktar lost to Chelsea because only that meant that we would take the group lead by a win in Donetsk. I was one of very few who believed that.
It's also important to remember that we didn't perform at our best because three imporant players were out. We can't expect to play at the same level as last year (no CL), but at this time last year we were also struggling. The Scudetto came from the 8-9 straight win between March-April. We will have bad matches, I just don't see any reason to panic.

But where is the horror? It's 0.6 million euro just in case all our other strikers get injured. Why the need to cause such a shitstorm over something that means absolutely nothing.

No one is panicking and as you said the Scudetto is played in March/April but this year we have CL at that time and we still don't have any player who can finish or even take chances. Marotta solved this buy getting Anelka, let's all praise him.

Mind you, of we are not playing CL and if I don't believe that we have a chance of going far I would not have complained a bit. However, the situation is that we are fighting for three titles and we have big chances on all three but we don't have the tools (ONE TOOL to be honest) to manage them.

    .
At the start of the mercatto he underlined the fact that we would not be spending money on strikers in January, it's not in the budget allocation. Blame yourself for being riled up by Curva and the likes :D

The horror is the pattern and to be honest it is worrying if you don't see it.

Dzeko was not bought because of the fee, it dragged and dragged and in the end when other targets also failed the FIGC came up with a rule of 1 non-EU player. By that time we got Krasic and lost out on Dzeko.
Agüero, we did not want to meet terms, we kept on dragging until someone else paid more for the fee and got him, we tried with others and ended up with Vucinic. He is great, I love him but I am sick as fuck waiting for him to be on his day.
RVP, same thing again and again. Followed by Cavani, Llorente, Dzeko and I can't remember who. All failed because Marotta did not want to pay the fee and we ended up with Bendtner.
Lisandro Lopez now, the fee is too small in January but again Marotta only deals with clubs willing on his terms. Deal fails and we get Anelka.

Son, the coppa return is soon, the final is in may, thats out of the way

Championsleague ? one extra game every 3 weeks, given that we actually get past quarterfinals.

Serie a is much much more friendly in these situation then for example the EPL, where teams play 3 games every 7 days the entire fucking year ;)

And one final thing about your excuse, missing players is crucial but there is no excuse to nonchalance. Against Udinese we were missing more than three players but we played with heart.

We played with the heart against Sampdoria as well, in first half. Match would have been over if Matri got a PK ;)

The match in Parma would also be over if Quagliarella scored an easy sitter. Samp and Parma were lucky, there's nothing more to it than that.

    :touched:

Our CL campaign looks great now with Anelka.

One half is not a football match. Referee mistakes are part of the game. Strikers missing sitters is the reason many are complaining.

I also believe that teams bring their own luck. And are you really telling me that we played against Sampdoria, Napoli and Udinese in the same intensity? If you believe so then I will no further discuss anything with you.

Nah, the two games against Parma and Sampdoria was not based on luck, it was based on awful gameplan, and not the desire to win. Though we played good in first half against Sampdoria.
