I know what the rules say about a handball having to be "deliberate", but they also say that the position of the arm has to be taken into account. And I fucking challenge you to find ONE incident where the arm has been stretched out just as this guy's arm was, with the ball touching it, where the ref did NOT give a penalty. You will not find a single such incident. That's a penalty 999 times out of 1000.
