well,I think we played against Cagliari at their home...if I'm not wrong.

Yeah, you're right. Don't know why, but I was convinced that Cagliari was Livorno :D

Well we controlled this match for most of the 90 minutes and deservedly took the three points. Mazzone's Bologna basically played with ten men behind the ball for most of the match, only leaving Cipriani up top to worry our defense. We came out well and determined for this match, and in the first half we took our chances very well. The marking by Bologna was relatively poor but we were able expose that weakness with Camoranesi's precise crosses from the wing.

In the second half we created a lot of opportunities however we couldn't finish off Bologna. We really should have won this match 5-1 with the chances we created, only for Trezeguet or Del Piero to squander or the brilliant Pagliuca to save. The latter was once again Bologna's best player by far. Missing all these chances is worrying since next week we will be facing the best defense in the world and we'll be lucky to even get one clear-cut opportunity. The defense played rather well but it was basically 4 against 1 with Mazzone's defensive tactics. But the scoreline was particulary flattering for Bologna, which is either a good or bad thing for us.

Buffon could do nothing on the brilliant Giunti freekick and was not tested that much apart from that.

Pessotto played very well today and not much got by him on the right.

Thuram made a few mistakes in the first half, one of which backing off a Bologna attacker when he should have closed him down. I think it was either Cipriani or Bellucci who struck just wide because of Thuram's error.

Cannavaro had fantastic match, scoring a goal to tell all these recent detractors to shut the fvck up.

Zambrotta had a quiet match but was sound defending and going forward.

Camoranesi was our best player, especially in the first half as he set up both goals. His crosses were pin-point accurate today.

Appiah was sound, not giving the ball away very much and keeping the ball moving in midfield. Decent match for him.

Blasi was particulary good to my astonishment. His passes finally were reaching their destination and he did not give the ball away that much either. He also was successful in shutting down Bologna's midfield even though they did not venture forward many times.

Nedved was average and has still not regained his best form. In the second half he picked up his game a bit and tested Pagliuca a few times.

Zalayeta finished his header nicely and dribbled around Bologna's defense only for Pagliuca to save a clear goal.

Del Piero missed a sitter from a Nedved cross in the second half and did not look happy when he was substituted. His performance was poor and I'm starting to feel bad for Alex.

Olivera made a few nice touches when he entered the match.

Trezeguet looked out of sorts and missed a couple chances he would have taken if he was on form.

Now we await the most difficult match of the season.

A good performance for all of Juve's players, but we should have won more Del Piero,Nedved and Trezeguet should have scored atleast 1 goal, and Zalayeta should have scored one more.
Nice to see Cannavaro score, he is class:star:

And I sure as hell want to see the Parma-Livorno match. Gilardino and Lucarelli scored four goals a piece! That must have been one of the best matches of the entire season.

And I really hope we are making a move for Gilardino. When this guy gets into a side like our's or Milan's he will score a ton of goals.

I think DP was not "poor".

IN the fist half he was ok and gained some free kicks for us...what i like about DP is that he controls the ball with a very good technique. His first touch i think is the best in juventus, but he is slow as hell. In the second half he was quiet and that incredible miss sealed his fate in the game, sad in that way,.

Im happy for the 3 points,,,,and well everyone start to get ready because that game in milan will be a hill to climb for us..

ah one mnore thing.........

GILARDINOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OH MY GOD BUY THAT MAN!!!!

Nedved was the best player of Juve in the 2nd half.
and IMO Zalayeta was invisible most of the time.
