I'm concerned that Juventus fans are losing their hate for Inter because they aren't performing as well. I hope they don't lose their hatred anyway, easy to forget what Inter have done because they have a few bad results.

I don't think that's the case. This year we are actually competing for something so we have bigger fish to fry. While Inter is where we were last year. So I'm pretty sure their hatred for us is through the roof this year as was our hatred for them the years past because we have sucked balls since 2008.
