You are showing a complete lack of basic understanding of both defending and physics to the point that you are clearly trolling and I will stop responding.

As I have said multiple times, a fullback's main job is defend the far post when a player is behind them and you have a centre back in the middle. It is taught at schoolboy level. He doesn't even need to predict the flight of the ball, just defend the far post area and not let the attacker get free. There is 1 Lazio attacker in the box, he is the sole danger and what should be focussed on.

In terms of physics a shot arrowed across goal is only likely to go two places. The most likely is the far post as that is the direction that the ball is traveling and would require a significant intervention to change that. The next most possible but much less likely scenario is Perin gets a strong hand and it ends in the middle.

Anyway it was a meaningless game in the 95min with a bunch of kids on. The season is effectively over. Time to relax before we have to worry about next season.
:agree:

I’m giving up on him. He’s spamming all over the forum with his “deluded allegri cultists” complaining about people “scapegoating” players while he whines and scapegoats Allegri for everything that is wrong with the club. It’s tedious and banal at this point.

A ain't even going to bother to say what's wrong with your post, but this made me lol.
As if we have fullbacks to do overlapping runs.
For example, Pellegrini overlapped so hard today that he forgot SMS was near him for their second goal.
Sandro overlapped so hard that he scored an own goal.
Chiesa was on pace for 11 goals- 11 assists this season if he had played the same minutes as last season when he had 15 goals - 11 assists. He started last season slowly too, before finding form and killing it, and would likely have done the same this year especially getting Vlahovic for the latter part of the season to create for. But apparently he was turned into a DM.

Vlahovic having 9 goals - 2 assists in just over a third of the season for a team missing its best chance creating attacker and this is apparently Amauri-level too.

Tedious and banal nonsense. All of it.

AKA allegri's main teaching for this team ,i fear
AKA fuck chiesa, he can't defend
Lets use rabiot as left midfielder in flat 442 despite that he can't play there, lets use arthur as regista or let's give a much deeper role to Locatelli or lets turn pure DM zakaria into box to box midfielder  But ofc it's always the players but never allegri and his dumb tinkering.
Let's use Chiesa on every possible position

“We were winning, the players were doing well, but these things happen and it’s in a way emblematic of the season we’ve had. We need to get accustomed to winning again.

 Yeah, with your tinkering we can only get used to fighting for 4th spot

Do we play in just 1 competition, you tedious ignoramus? And secondly, he had 2 goals - 3 assists in Serie A from your very own screenshot. Jesus Christ, you’re dumb.

Chiesa 2020-21 = 15 goals - 11 assists in 3167 minutes

Chiesa 2021-22 = 4 goals - 4 assists in 1204 minutes. Which works out to ~ 11 goals - 11 assists if he played 3167 minutes like last year and didn’t find any better form later in the season like he did last year.

Last response to you and now you go on permanent ignore because you’re an imbecile and a simpleton and not worth engaging with any further.

20/21 serie a - 1 goal each 276 minutes, ucl - 1 goal each 138 min, overall 14 goals in 2908 minutes of play or 1 goal per 207 minutes
21/22 serie a - 1 goal each 431 minutes, ucl - 1 goal each 167 min, overall 4 goals in 1197 minutes of play or 1 goal per 299 minutes

but but on the pace
Vlahovic - 1 goal per 109 minutes for Fiorentina, 1 goal per 151 minute for Juve

But ofc the problem is the players not your cult leader aka the creator of dinosaurball

Strange comparisons. That's like saying a player scoring twice in two games and then getting injured, is on track for 38 in 38.

The whole point and test is the ratio over an extended period of time/great portion of the season.

Maintaining a high scoring ratio is much harder over a large number of games, and in the cases of true greats its across multiple seasons as well.

Yall are not comparing apples to apples. Better pull his stats for the first X minutes of each season and see what his ratio was, and then factor in that its harder to maintain the same ratio for a longer period.

Also Vlahovic is not a fair comparison as he never had a preseason with us.

Our first formation against Empoli with Chiesa back to goal, McKennie fantasista and Danilo DM is an all-time retarded configuration of players.

He needed to move to Perin to help mark De Ligt. SMS was a 2ndary threat

What about using players in their unnatural positions? What about his fetish to give the possession away even against Venezia level teams? What about his fetish of not using a high pressing and high defensive line? What about his fetish to play with regista? He stuck in the past, he stagnated first and now completely regressed. What about the physical form of Juventus? Why it's so bad? It's all his fault.

This shit is on the players too? Or on the coach? Even when they will calculate today's match Juventus still will be somewhere in 12th-18th place, it's a fucking disaster and it have nothing to do with Arthur, Rabiot or anyone else, it's Allegri's personal choice to play like this.
