Ideally training. I've never understood how we've got players that are good in the air but we do absolutely nothing from free kicks over the last few years (pirlos exceptional shots excluded)

Bizzare decision to completely stand off after taking a lead.

Definitely looked tactical to me, although before the goal it mostly worked. Their defenders kept giving us possession straight back, yet we did nothing with it. The players are also scared.

I don't see this. I saw the problem being far more that our players were making little effort to get on the end of them. Twice our attackers gave away fouls on corners that were swung in very well. Once Pogba and another player missed a corner that flew right across the 6 yard box at chest-head height. And there was a 4th put right into the middle of the box, that our players just got outjumped by defenders for. SO that's 4 of 7 corners that were at least decent, if not good. Dybala needs to work on his consistency with the corners, but 4 of 7 gave our attackers a very good chance to get on the end of them.

Oh defintely. But we are putting ourselves in that position, we don't create clear cut chances.

Yep. It's not a mental issue there isnt enough ideas or discipline. That's why we can't string wins together .

I agree its more player movement than the delivery is the problem.

We never seem to have enough players in the box on corners, and the ones we have don't seem to move, they're often static as though waiting for a ball to come to them.

It's likely the reason we're so bad defending set pieces in the air too. For a fairly tall team (dependent on who is on the field) it's shocking how bad we are at getting our heads on set piece balls.
