Marrone is meh, I don't see what he's doing here.

He's much better than both Padoin and Giacherrini as a CM. At least he can pass, has vision, and physical presence. Giacherrini is weak, has terrible control, and keeps getting brushed off the ball a la Giovinco when he's deployed as a CM, whereas Padoin is just another Pazienza (the epitome of mediocrity).
