It was amazing, I did my fastest 10k ever in very bad conditions and a strange track. During the day we had optimal weather for running, around 17 degrees and no wind. Just two hours from the start the clouds started to gather and then the showers started. It stopped raining a while before the race started but a few minutes before my group ran it rained again, luckily it was a small rain but enough to get us wet. I ran the entire thing without rain but just after I changed to dry clothes and went to wait for the others who were with me the showers started again, this time like a fucking rain forest.

I wanted to have a beer after the race but after these events the only thing I wanted is to get home and take a warm shower.

I had to google convert JCKs distance to miles, then divide to get the time in mins...in miles...

not a fan of this 3-5-2 anymore, I miss the dynamism and penetration of 4-3-3... no idea wtf is going on at the training and why our coaches thought 3-5-2 is better?

asamoah is very good! I'd willing to try him as a LB in 4-3-3 to cover for chiellini-barzagli duo at the center than risking bonnuci as one of the back 3 with 3-5-2
