Squad depth in attack, wingers and GK. In central midfield or defense injuries can hurt us real bad.
Bonucci is a decent backup, I am sure he'll do good when given the chance.

But I agree with our fullbacks-situation. We cannot have Marco Motta out there, we just can't.

In central midfield I think that we have good coverage. Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio and Pazienza will make it.

We should win this game because of this (02.10.2011 D1 Inter Milan - SSC Napoli ) they are going to drop some points !

Marchisio has been poor in the last matches, I'd bench him. I don't think Vidal should ever play as a LB... it's like putting Matri there.

Pepe should offer more balance, I'd put Elia in the second half.

Marchisio usually shows up in the biggest games and he's much more familiar with how Conte wants Juve to play than Vidal. At the moment, Vidal looks much better coming off the bench, he still needs time to adapt. He should come on late in the game to make a 4-3-3 like against Parma. I agree with Elia coming on for Pepe around 75', although I have a feeling he'd still be underwhelming.

I'd like to see this

Buffon

Licht - Barzagli - Chiellini - De Ceglie

Krasic - Vidal - Pirlo - Pepe

Matri - Vucinic
I'd start Elia over Pepe, if Pepe can come in and do what he did in the last game it will be great. Also, Barzagli picked up a minor injury against Catania, not sure if he's at Contes disposal come Meelan matchday.

You have to play these teams at some point. We should be glad we had four games for the team to get to know each other, now the real challenge begins. Hopefully we take a lot out of that series of games and it helps us build esteem. Or the entire team can get injured and suck after the winter break.

Yeah Marchisio really showed how well he knows the system when he sucked major balls in three out of four matches. Vidal has had a month to get to know this system. You can't just play Marchisio based on his performance in big games. With that logic in mind, Grosso is going to have a MOM performance. We should also play Grygera but only against Genoa because he will definitely score.

You want to play Vidal as left-back. What did you slip over in the tub this morning?

Marchisio wasn't even bad vs Catania. Everyone has been bashing him too much for the sake of it. Besides the very start of the game, he was almost as good as Vidal. Marchisio looked much more settled but Vidal still had that tenacity and intensity in tackling.
