The ironic thing is, that should Pirlo was on the other side tonight, Milan probably would've been able to make something of the match.
Let's thank for that. Pirlo was amazing tonight.

I also liked the way our players played- very calm and confident. Always looking for the safe pass first, keeping possession.
Sure, it led to some nervous moments when our back four passed the ball under pressure (which sometimes made me lose my cool), but the whole team is displaying good confidence and fighting spirit.
Here's for a successful rest of the season.

By the way, does someone have the match stats (i.e shots, possession, completed passes, etc.)?
They didn't show it where I was watching the game.. Thanks in advance.

How i saw the match:

I have seen the worst Milan in years, they should be ashamed because they where stealing minutes from the first time the ball hit the ground. They came to Juve to defend a point which means they are afraid of us. And yes we won today because we were better but tacticly we shouldn't play with Vucinic as a central anymore. Vucinic is more a second striker from the left side because as a central forward he doesn't know what to do with the ball. If we had Vuci as second striker and Matri up front i think we would have scored a lot earlier in the match. Conte did good tho because fuori class strikers such as Cassano and Ibrah didn't have a single shot on target. Here are my rating as i've seen it.

Buffon 7 (Didn't had anything to do besides that one great save when the score was still 0-0)
Chiellini 7 (Was not very dangerous with his runs forward but defended well and really kept his cool today)
Bonucci 6.5 (Decent performance of him, didn't had much to do but supported Pirlo very well)
Barzagli 7 (Starting to get the idea to become a starting 11 player for the azzurri with his consistent perfomances)
Lichtsteiner 7 (Had some weak moments but had more convincing moments)
Pirlo 7.5 (Almost every attack starts with him, hardly every looses the ball)
Vidal 6 (Not a good game, weak shots and passes, he could do much better)
Marchisio 7.5 (Well done Claudio, played great also before his 2 goals, he fit's in great this year)
Pepe 7.5 (Good performance yet again of Simone, played strong and was a pain in the ass for Milan)
Krasic 5 (Does he fit in at Juve?? He played very unsure again this game)
Vucinic 6.5 (Did a good job while was playing at a strange position, he can always be a danger)

Giaccherini 7 (Did a great job again, we need his speed and skills, he should be in the starting 11)

The fact that Conte didn't subsitute Matri for Marchi/Vidal/Vucinic was the winning choice. We we're playing too good to make a change. Love how we play one touch football, even in the box of Milan, great.
this is it...the harmony and momentum of the team wouldve been disrupted a lil by a new player...he was hanging on to see if we cud get a goal and once we did send in matri's fresh legs to give milan something to think about if they tried to go gung-ho looking for the equalizer...

Now lets get to a real question:

Should we keep this Licht - Barza - Bonucci - Chiellini back line?
Yeah, until winter so we get someone to replace Bonucci.

I like how this team is so versatile all of a sudden. We could play 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 with no problem whatsoever.

As I said we need this 3 man midfield with Vidal and Marchisio infront of Pirlo.. It worked perfect tonight as Milan had NOTHING! Like really, Prince had one cross/shot and that's it! Krasic needs to do something with his form.. I hope to see Pepe on the right and Elia on the left for next game.

yea cuz we cant have our top 3 CBs out there..with the aggressive game we play :touched: , we dont want one or two of them picking up knocs and have to resort to sorenson (no disrespect) and de ceglie/grosso
