All that is true but Viola's defence is a bit dodgy. Even in the first leg we squandered 3/4 clear goal chances. Yes, we can.

Allegri already stated that he wants 9 points from these three games (Genoa, Empoli, Parma) so we can relax a little bit in the league ready for the CL and Coppa games, so I'd expect to see a mostly full strength team.

Agree with the rotating/resting players bit, but Empoli are actually a pretty good team this season. Some good young players mixed with some old veterans, some nice football and a good coach leading them. They are a credit to themselves, and to their families.
