You know with Marchisio that he'll run himself into a slump, he has done it in basically every season he has been established in the team. At least now we have viable alternatives.

I still see Marrone as his alternative, or putting Pogba in or Asamoah inside with De Ceglie LWB are options.

Personally I think this is a game where we will be tempted to rotate, we've got three tough games bunched together after this:

Sat 22/09/12 SEA Juventus 19 : 45 Chievo
Tue 25/09/12 SEA Fiorentina 19 : 45 Juventus
Sat 29/09/12 SEA Juventus 19 : 45 Roma
Tue 02/10/12 UCL Juventus 19 : 45 Shakhtar Donetsk

I'd expect to see Pogba or Marrone start this game.
Isla-Vidal-Pirlo-Pogba/Marrone-Asamoah/PDC

Possibly.

I agree with Marrone being the Marchisio alternative for now, still very untested at centre back. He'll probably be the starter over Pogba, who I'm expecting to have a couple of substitute appearances before he makes a full debut for the club.

Edit: Ooh, and I forgot Giaccherini. In that case, I can pretty much predict who will come in.

You should've watch him more when he plays for France.
Well he and Pirlo is not exactly the same, its just they are similar except that Pogba is miles better in defending.
and pirlo is miles smarter, better and more experience
if pogba turns out to be half the like of vieira or pirlo he has a great career.
he never really played for man united and is moaning about not getting party in Torino. doing well by young france (who always have a good youth team) doesn't mean he is going to be wc. Remember Kakuta who raped everyone a few years ago at a under 19 euro. He now plays for Vitesse (b).

Start quag and giovinco, save mirko for a sub if needed. Save Mirko this time. Giovinco needs to shrug his bad performances and start findign a way to be more effective on the field.

In the mids..... Someone of Pirlo, Marchisio or vidal needs to be dropped or rested. Vidal seems to be the number one candidate to me because of his blow. Pirlo seems to be out of it and needs some time to rest and think about whats going on. Marchisio seems to be the most fit of the 3 to start.

Insert Marrone for bonbon to see if we can devcelop him there....as im sick of bonucci. This is a good game to try Pogba from the start to see what he has got.

We consider using isla too. He needs to start getting match fitness.

Because Pirlo has been playing since the last September every week plus the Euros and now we had 3 games in 6 days, for anyone who hasn't played football, just to let you know, it's doable, but the results aren't the best, players need to rest in order to be able to perform at the highest level.
