I simply don't see as much of a problem in him starting as you do. The alternatives are simply not good enough. I wouldn't start him over Melo or even Poulsen, but since Sali would be the alternative right now, I would.

But I guess you know best..

good one, i believe that the bigger club the new faces will most likely put him in a deer in the headlights situation, plus i d much rather get good games from him down the road than to throw him in now and possibly have him climb a higher mountain. Quite simply put it's a risk not worth taking.

I simply put that because I don't like it when people go 'Honestly, why do I even bother....' as if what I said was the most ridiculous thing ever. I see your point, it's fine with me.

because imo it kinda is(not being condescending) i deal with risk on a daily basis(at times minute basis) and that to me sounds like a no brainer

higher level means more pressure(as he had played in the sam league), we should try to reduce pressure on a new/young player as much as possible, not increase it
Your theory is weird.

I agree there should be less pressure but it doesn't necessarily have to mean that it will destroy his confidence if we fail to win. He should realize we're in crisis and it's a big role for him.

Was pressure a reason why Almiron failed here? I don't think so.

Anyhow, I'd support what you're saying if we had Melo ready but not with our current available players.
