Our game lacks any sort of quick incisive short passes. It's all too slow and measured. You can never break down a team when each of your players takes at least 2-3 touches on the ball. By the time he passes the opposition is comfortably in position.

As we never addressed first team issues in the Summer, we still lack 3 things any top team has and has in abundance

Width. Bored of seeing full backs make or break our attacking play.

Pace. Our fastest attackers are not ready to be relied upon, one is 18 and one is nowhere near a starter in Allegri's eyes.

CREATIVITY. We have none. Any half decent playmaker playing for us getting all this time in the oppositions half would have a great time. Sadly, we have a bunch of workhorses trying to play intricate passes and it's just $#@!.
Agree!!!! Lets rather spend another 50 mil on bench players that Cant make a difference

Agreed. Why would a draw be the most likely result? Especially given the players/club should be very happy after securing a place in the knockouts.
We've basically been playing the same players for a few weeks straight now (Allegri did what he could to rotate, but injuries), and just a few days back we had a pretty physical and important game as well. Our form in general hasn't been great the past few games, perhaps also due to fatigue.

Sampdoria on the other hand actually is a great team this season based on a strong unit and efficiency. Their players were well rested and in great form.

Perhaps "most probable" is a bit of an overstatement, but it was at least as probable as a win from our side.

Two different teams in first and second half.
Vidal was flop of the match.A very, very fierce competition to him was Pereyra. How many chances he needs to score?38?
Why the fuck Alegri waits till 77 minute ti sub Pereyra.
And also was a wise move to sub Giovinco at 87 minute.
Pogba was joking with the ball way too much although he was one of the better players.
Ogbonna is bad. When I remember that we payed him 15 mil it makes me sick.
DISSAPOINMENT.

I agree that the subs were questionable but to call him pathetic is just dumb. We are still in first place, and while i do see it as two points lost, this game would have been an easy game had we taken our chances in the first half.

Maybe they crack under the pressure like last time.
chances would be much higher if we hadn´t lifted half the pressure and replaced it with confidence...

Pereyra is just a team player nothing more. And he suits Udinese not a bigger team.He can be Argentina player as much as he want.Mediocre.

We need more players who are game changers. Our strikers are not the goalscoring machines we need. One or two quality signings upfront and we will win those type of games with ease.
