That's how I saw it, not an orthodox 4-3-3 as mostly Lichtsteiner was occupying the right wing and Chiellini was having mostly defensive duties because of Marchisio who was most of the time wide.

That was his aim when he insisted on a half working 3-5-2, he is changing so easily between the two now.

And the best part is that he capable of doing so during games and it is working! We were really blessed with healthy personal this year and that must not be passed as insignificant fact, cause it helped his ideas a lot.
