Camoranesi, Iaquinta and Brazzo won't play against Siena. Camo will be available next week.
Buffon and Tiago are available but they aren't in best form yet so they will probably stay on the bench.
Chiellini and Mellberg aren't 100% fit yet but they were training today together with the others.

IQ out again, he seems to be in and out of the team regularly.

Normally he calls like 28 and cuts it down to 18. This time he just picked 17 straight away, though i think there is a player missing cause normally there are 18 players chosen for the matchday

It is 17 players...Don't know what happened to Chiellini.
Yesterday in gazzetta it was said that he has a minor injury and he was training but he's not at 100% and Ranieri doesn't want to risk a more serious injury with only a month and a half before the Chelsea match.

this is frustrating...what the hell does ranieri do in practice to keep having his players drop like flies?

Good question! I've wondered that too!

Are they not warming up and 'warming/winding down' properly or are they going into tackles too enthusiastically in their training matches? There are too many niggling injuries cropping up on a weekly basis.

I wanna see that Brandao kid to see if he's good against a big club. He did play well from what I saw in a couple of games this season.

I believe it's no time to see kids or try new faces. At least not now. I'm hoping for a win and a good 2009 start hopefully.
yeah. We will prob be going with:

    ----Del Piero---Amauri-------------

    Nedved--Zanetti--Sissoko---Marco

    Molinero--Leggro--Mellberg--Grygera

    ------------Manninger----------------

The only question for me is if he will actually go with Zanetti in midfield or play Marchisio .. seeing how he has been talking about Poulsen and Zanetti being behind the others in fitness.
