Im not happy with the performance especialy not the 2nd half but because it was the first game of the season and we were missing some key players i wont complain and if it hasnt been said enough time already we need new fullbacks!

What a difference between the first and second half. Cannavaro takes the MOM award for his performance tonight, without him we would have definitely conceded in the second half. Also he makes Chiellini look great.

Diego is out of this world and so is Amauri.

buffon 7 ..... not much to do, dealt with crosses well with minimum fuss

sali 6.0........good going forward, bad going back

grygera 6.0.......was slowa t times when dfender, crossing is still horrible

canna 8.0 ..... MOM performance, interceptions, tackles, strength for full 90 mins

chiellini 7.0........as usual, solid.

tiago 7.0...........really starting to look good, made important passes in attack, was aggresive too.

poulson 6.5......really good at tackling and going rough, but in the second half look pretty lazy and slow

marchisio 6.5.....good performance thought did not do any key passes when attacking.

diego 7.5.........great 1st half (dribbling passing keep posssision), average second half ( lost some possession and looked tired)

iaquinta 7.5 ........good header to score that goal. but missed a good opportunity to add a second and did a lot of running. hardwork is a big reason why he gets 7.5


amauri 7.5........good dribbling and showed the will to be creative and played with flair. hit the post. connected well with diego on a few occasions. he and diego looked promising to play togther.



deceglie 7.0.....alot better than sali, good runs forward and also made some key defending headers and tackles.

marrine 6.0....nothing much

camoranesi.....played only 5 mins





points to take note: today in the second half, we are letting in alot of crosses into our area, we are getting owned on the flank..thants why we should really improve on our fullbacks!
