Yes I was also at the Bate game but I thought it was much colder at the midweek game because there was no action. I was amongst Gruppo Genoa at the Milan game and I guess in the Curva it is warmer than in other sections.
Cool.

How is the visibility in the Curva these days? Only tried it once (Delle Alpi), and although the atmosphere is quite good, I found myself missing a lot of the action on the pitch.
Since then I always tend to sit as centrally as possible, a bit more expensive but what the hell. It's not like I'm going every week.

Oh, and where were you sitting at the Bate game? Iirc I was sitting in the Tribuna Est, livello 2, completely in the middle.

I thought the visibility was good, at least those who I was with had a good place.

At the Bate game, I changed places a lot. I needed to move because it was extremely cold.

I wouldn't wish for a loss even if it brings Hiddink, Messi, Ribery and Ronaldo
If so, I wouldn't mind a draw and any given two of those four.

Nah, we'd all take the loss, but in reality it brings only Guus or not even that. Let's better win this one, we'll have a chance of firing Ciro in next games anyway.

I have this bizarre and irrational faith in this team as a whole to turn everything around. I'm really not sure why, but I feel something coming on. It could just be indigestion too.

Manniger

Sali-Canna-Chiellini-Grosso

Melo-Poulsen-Marchisio

Diego

Del Piero-Amauri.

With the personel available I would go back to the 4-3-1-2 to include Del Piero.

My apologies, I misunderstood this quote:

“We are covered in defence, but will be bringing in a new midfielder. As for Alessandro Del Piero, I spoke to him very clearly and he can’t be happy at not getting much playing time, but he seemed relaxed. He’s behaving like a professional and a captain.”

Meh,

I have to admit I'm one of Del Piero's critiques. However in such a high profile game against Milan he is needed.
