Away fans are allowed to fill 10% of the host's stadium AFAIK (is it true?). San Siro's capacity is around 80,000 so I think we are allowed to have about 8000 fans there.

There aren't usually strict regulations on what allocations teams must get. It is usually up to the home team to decide.

Some competitions do say that teams must be allowed 15% of the stadium, but I don't know if that is the case in Italy.
