sissoko-tiago would be a great partnership to.
:agree:
I was thinking the same since Sissoko arrived in Turin, but unfortunately that's never going to happen under Ranieri.

That's what I would like to see:

......................Buffon....................
Zebina Legrottaglie Stendardo Chiellini
.............Sissoko.....Zanetti.............
......................Tiago......................
Camoranesi......................Del Piero
...................Trezeguet..................

That's what we most probably will see:(:

..................Buffon.........................
Zebina Legrottaglie Chiellini Molinaro
Camoranesi Zanetti Sissoko Palladino
...........Trezeguet...Del Piero............

Seems like Borriello won't make the game...

Genoa striker Marco Borriello could be ruled out of Sunday’s game against Juventus due to a knee injury.

The Neapolitan striker has been outstanding this season, netting 16 goals in 23 games so far, and it would be unfortunate if the Rossoblu had to miss out on a top-scorers head to head clash against David Trezeguet.

“Borriello is currently not available,” claimed Grifoni boss Gian Piero Gasperini. “We will see what happens in the next few hours. However, Luciano Figueroa is ready to replace him.”

The 25-year-old player hasn’t been training with his teammates recently, although the Liguri medical staff is still hoping he can recover for the next fixture.

The Rossoblu injury list is incredibly long at the moment with Cesare Bovo, Rubinho, Matteo Paro and Santos all out already. Alessandro Sculli and Fabiano are also not 100% fit but should still make it against the Bianconeri.

Genoa currently lie in 8th place and will be hoping to impress their fans by stopping the Old Lady at Marassi this weekend.

That's the type of formation tiago would thrive in. The same type of formation he played in with lyon.

I'd like to think this is good news, but when we faced Fiorentina without Mutu we still lost. I hope this isn't bad luck. :xfinger:

Konko isnt ours anymore, not even a co-ownership or anything.. I havent watched him too many times this season but judging from a couple articles i've read he is playing really well and has even made it into the glorious goal.com serie A team of the week a couple of times..
I meant the club histry's with each other...

Don't worry about Molinaro He get an muscular problem and should be inavailable for this game (thanks God). At his post Brazzo is the most probably; we are not going to change our best Central Back couple (Legro + Chiello).

I hate it when we play Sunday evening, the weekend becomes really long, slow and boring.

I'd rather play Genoa if they could field Borriello. The possible victory would taste so much sweeter. But however, considering the tremendeous form we are in, his absence is nog a bad thing.

No Molinaro? I'm wondering what Ranieri will come up next!
