Some journalists said Juve deserve at least draw if not 3points. Were there missed chances? Or the performance was just poor?
Generally poor performance.Toothles.Wrong choice of players.Morata shows more in 25 minutes than Llorente in 65.We have pointless possesion.Ogbonna was awfull.I was always afraid when he touched the ball with his right leg,Vidal was poor although he was trying.Lich. was awful. In one word ,crap.Lifeless performance.I am afraid about future games.Allegri is not capable of good preparing the matches and motivating the players.Bad.

Geonas keeper gave them 3 points, made great save including one wonder save around 80th minute even Gigi would have added to his highlights.
I've seen to many keepers play their best matches in their careers against Juve, specially in Europe.

DUKAC is exaggerating, supplies.

We at least deserved to draw. It wasn't a particularly good performance, but also the pitch was terrible and Genoa were extremely determined in closing players down and doubling up. Add in the ref whistling every time one of their players fell down to break up play and it was difficult to create any consistent football, creating a terrible quality of game. We didn't create lots of chances but again wasted the ones we did, particularly in a good second half spell. They had 4 shots and we had 16, but they played for a draw and ended up winning. Football does that sometimes.
I can see Olympiacos taking notes from Genoa's match. Which is worrying.

He shouldn't have started if it was up to me. 30min against Empoli would have been enough to keep him for Olympiacos match.

We hit the post 3 times.
I see, one of those matches.

Vidal was ultra nervous for the whole match. He was very lucky not to get second yellow.

Here is my take:

-we need Barzagli or even Caceres like immediately
-we can't finish and that needs addressed asap. Dzeko?
-whether we play sloppy or attractive, we still are creating the chances and having an inform llorente or morata would be massive, we can't always count on tevez
-vidal needs to sort himself out quickly
-Perin needs to be Buffon's replacement, classy keeper me likey

I really think once we get a healthy Barzagli back we will see a lot less scattered play coming from the back. We have 2 REALLY awkward CB's when the ball is at their feet and it only compounds the issue as many times as buffon gets them the ball for a quick distribution out of the back. We created far too many chances to not get the 3 points today, but that's football. Shit happens. 3 points, all well there are still a lot of games. I can't even blame the 352 which I hate eternally because we should have banged in at least 2 goals with it. We created the chances. The only thing I blame Allegri for is the Llorente start, everything else should fall back on our team's sluggishness in front of goal. Looks like Tevez is cooling off at the worst possible time...when everyone else is in a slump.

Hustini as the calming voice of reason :touched:

I reiterate once more, finishing is by far our worst and most harmful weakness.

(Not So) Fun Facts:

1.) This was our first loss in Serie A this season.
2.) This was the first Serie A game in which we have failed to score this season.
3.) We have failed to score in 3 of our last 6 games between Serie A and the CL.

Subjective Viempoint/Opinion:

1.) Morata did more in 25 minuts than Llorente did in 65. I know the staunch defenders of Llorente (detractors of Morata) will see that the latter is wasteful, but he is more mobile, pacey, and at least gets himself into positions to score. Llorente is awkward and cumbersome if compared to the more nimble and dynamic Morata.
2.) Genoa's goal was offside, but no one is talking about it in the press. How convenient.
3.) We look predictable and lacking in ideas. Allegri needs to change something, or we will find ourselves out of the CL by December (again!)

"The ball just didn't want to go in."

"We are so unlucky."

"Their keepers only play well against us but they bend over against others."

Just wait until summer when we can finally buy a world class player.
