It's not what I would do, but Iaquinta and Amauri can work in this game.
What is going to be needed, though, is a top class performance from Melo and Aquilani.
Aquilani will have to try to get forward to partially fill the space that Del Piero not playing leaves in the team, to prevent a big gap opening between Juve's attack and midfield.
Melo will have to have a great game to hold the midfield together, as Aquilani won't do so much defensively, while also being aware of Sneijder's position, so that he doen't get time to get his head up and make telling passes.
It's a lot to ask.
