Vuci has to play with Quag coming on for him in the second half with elia i want the 4-2-3-1 again. With claudio and vidal switch positions
A 4-2-4 isn't working as long as our wingers cant give a decent cross
Yes, Meelan is a stronger team than Chievo. If we raped Milan with the 4-1-4-1, then why would facing Chievo be any different? I find it strange that a big club changes it strategy to cope with smaller teams, just stick with what works. Vucinic is a fantastic lone striker, and we get much more midfield presence if we play what I propose. Plus, both Vidal and Marchisio are in shape right now, so i suspect it would partially kill their momentum if they are benched.
In the first half I would use the same team as against milan. If the result is 0-0 then change it to 4-2-4 Matri or Del Piero instead of Vidal or Marchisio. Winning next game would confirm that we are on a right track. Last two games against Chievo finished with a draw 2-2 and 1-1, let's make it one solid 2-0 win. Here are some past results.
31.10.2004 Campionato Juventus-Chievo 3-0
13.03.2005 Campionato Chievo-Juventus 0-1
28.08.2005 Campionato Juventus-Chievo 1-0
18.01.2006 Campionato Chievo-Juventus 1-1
09.11.2008 Campionato Chievo-Juventus 0-2
05.04.2009 Campionato Juventus-Chievo 3-3
23.08.2009 Campionato Juventus-Chievo 1-0
17.01.2010 Campionato Chievo-Juventus 1-0
19.12.2010 Campionato Chievo-Juventus 1-1
09.05.2011 Campionato Juventus-Chievo 2-2
I expect De Ceglie to start next game, Chiellini said that he played LB because DC wasn't fit, that's why Conte asked him to play LB. I would definitely go with 4-2-4 again, Or 4-1-4-1 but instead of Pepe or Giach, I would play Vucinic there, because he is the one who can cut in, (Elia can do that too but he won't start Elia)
Forza Juve.

Against Bologna Conte have seen how De Ceglie is very error prone, so he hasn't played since and I think that he won't get chance soon. Chielini will probably be moved to LB again as our defence is more solid that way.
Did the 4-2-4 work against Bologna? I don't get your point. I think that the 4-1-4-1 is the better formation for reasons I listed above. If you can't follow me, then it's probably best that we quit debating this, because obvious ignorance and incoherence really brings the worst out of me, and I'd hate to be banned.
I think I'd like to see this again. I think we need to control the tempo of this game so we don't get countered. Let's control the midfield again and we should be fine.
It's nice to have more control on the midfield, but I would personally sacrifice it for more incisiveness.
I think having two strikers on the pitch would help us more against Chievo. If we don't manage to create for them come halftime (or if we're not imposing our game enough), then we could think about introducing a midfielder.
