All this games shows is how inconsistent we are..players and managers included. We can travel to barca and win..we can win against milan arguably the best team of the season...yet we face inter and play like this.

That midfield is unitentifiable...I dont know the fuck they are trying achieve...you would think pirlo, one of the greatest midfielders of his generation, one of, if not Italy's all time greatest midfielder would know how to make a midfield work. He got a great score for his coaching thesis...I wonder if he has taken it out of the drawer to check what his plans were for midfield. Cuz it fucking sucks right now.

No coaches in the world could make Rabiot or Bentan play good consistently. Or make Arthur less conservative.
But any actual coach would make them look less exposed by not playing a shite formation with shitty tactics.

Also having clear instructions and drilled in movement can make hell of a difference for mediocre players. Both would look better under someone like Conte.

Their 3-5-2 fucked us big time. Just couldn’t use the speed of Chiesa, couldn’t get a single touch on box for our strikers and just bunch of backpasses on the last attacking third and middlefield. What a fucking static performance and i don’t know whether the conditions of our players are bad or what, but the off the ball movement of our players is terrible. 95% of the game is what you do without the ball or atleast that’s more like how much you’re not going to have the ball on your feet, so atleast try to do something instead of just hanging around and expecting someone’s gonna pull the rabbit out of his hat. Could be mental as well, that we’re just way too scared to attempt anything and kind of being happy with the easiest option and that doesn’t get our game any forward.

We are at our best when the game is more open. We got the players for that, but breaking deep defending teams like most bottom teams are or team like Conte’s inter that can defend(+ they can counter as well) we’re struggeling big time.

We need to sign the players who understands the game. Everyone can hang around and make 2m pass, fuck that shit.

We lost the game in midfield, and for having no organisation, no heart, which is mainly on the coach and a very supbar midfield. Having 3 of your starting backs playing would been nice, but they wouldn't changed the main issues.
A.Sandro means Hakimi wouldnt do as he wishes.
Cuadrado means better ability and better passing.
MDL means much better defense and ability to help the midfield.

That being said - It doesnt mean we would win it. The team needs to perform better for this to happen but it means Inter would find it way more difficult.

You know how you win 10th title in a row? Play a hungry immigrant CB instead of washed up desentised Aitalians just because they're your friends or some shit.

Only a foreign coach would finally lift us from this inner Italian circle bullshit we're being subjected to for ages now.

So one freak loss to Fiorentina and one to a Conte masterclass and everyone losses their minds? Didn't we beat AC Milan a few weeks back?

Conte just did Pirlo over in tactics, it was perfect for them because they completely neutralised us, pinned us back, hit hard and fast on the counter. Our individual player weakness was on show too, the American over Rabiot, the importance of De Ligt and perhaps get Kulusevski and Arthur more time from now on.

Pirlo learnt from his first loss to Barcelona, let's hope he does here to. Onto Napoli for our first chance of a trophy and then we'll see how we get back to the Serie A grind.

When we do play to our level we trash any Italian team. Pirlo makes mistakes sure but we had a number of ghosts out on the pitch that play well one game then disappear the next. Where were Rabiot and Morata last night? How did that second goal even happen - that happens when I play Sunday football with the other fat and married lads.

If we won comfortably vs Crotone, Benevento, Verona and even Lazio and Atalanta I would agree with you. The problem isnt just this game or the Fiorentina game. We suck from the begining of this season with a couple of sparks/good games (Barca, Meelan, Parma, Sampdoria...). We are not showing any desire or ability to win the Scudetto this year so far. Somethimg needs to change before it is not too late.

Who says we're going to hire a foreign coach in the first place....

We sucked at the beginning of the season because our coach was finding his team so that is understandable. We've only been dominated by Barcelona and Inter, other times we made the matches hard for ourselves with mistakes, weak individuals - how many complaints do we hear for the midfield? No consistency in our performance, not the desire but the ability of numerous players.

This is the thing, we usually win against those crap teams and even if we lost point we can draw with the like Fio or Inter, Lazio even Atalanta

Win against crotone, benevento and verona already make up the point losses againts Fio and Inter
