Milan has a better bench than we have, but they don't have one that's good enough to succeed at winning a double at this stage, IMO. Milan is going to have to make some compromised decisions. And if they have any brains, and they do, it's going to be all about the CL.

Exactly. 5 points this late is a big gap to overcome. They go for the CL (and rightly so)

I didn't mean to say it in a cocky way....

What I am saying is, we now force Milan to choose....they have a shot at lo scudetto, of course....so you're Milan: do you pull/overplay players in Serie A and take a shot at winning it....a very long shot, and risk losing in CL?

They are in a major pickle.

Milan are used to be competing for more than w title. So, I don't think It's really a major problem for them. With their quality players I think they're able to handle the pressure on them. Unlike us.

Trust me, with a good rotation technique, something we severly lack, Milan have all the power too keep on fighting on both ends.

I did not see the game, but i guess the scudetto is in danger. This late goal could be cruical for our next matches..

It's not like we didn't have our chances, amico mio...particularly in the 2nd half. (which may have hinged on Camo coming in). It was a bad day, shot wise for il capitano (and I, as you know, wouldn't just say that)

    Mediaset's players evaluation:

    Buffon 6
    Cannavaro F. 7.5
    Chiellini 5
    Kovac 4.5
    Blasi 5.5
    Nedved 5.5
    Vieira 5.5
    Zambrotta 7
    Del Piero 5
    Ibrahimovic 5.5
    Mutu 4.5
    Balzaretti 6
    Camoranesi 6.5
    Capello 6

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

Why did Kovac get only 4.5??

I heard that Mutu was bad too, but didn't hear any criticism for Kovac...

And of course, Canna was the best tonight...

Btw, anyone ever notice that Canna typically scores in matches where nobody else scores for us?
cana is the only player who play with 100% of his capabilities , the others just walking around and at the end of the day getting a lot of money for nothing.

The winner of the Scudetto will be the club with the most points collected after 38 games. If that club is Juventus, we deserve it.

The point: Even though poor form at the end of the season can be crucial and decisive, it still doesn't make us "undeserving" of the title.

If the poor form continues, though, we'll lose out.

We'll redeem ourselves against Lazio if we truly are the Champions.

How did you arrive to that conclusion??

in response of m_elayyan's comments that we don't deserve the title, Rami.
If we finish 1st after 38 games, we do.

I know that's obvious, and I think so too, but to the people who think otherwise it must be fed to them with a teaspoon.

No I mean last season we finished with 86 points...now we have 81, Milan has 76, there is no assurance that the winner will exceed 86.

    You're right about that.
In football there are no assurances at all. No guarantees.

We've had a run of poor form now, but if we can overturn that starting with Lazio next week and finish 1st we'll be deserving of the title and true champions.
