our final 4 fixtures :

juventus vs lazio
siena vs juventus
juventus vs palermo
reggina vs juventus

milan's final four fixtures :

messina vs milan]
milan vs livorno
parma vs milan
milan vs roma

milan have a slightly tougher run in than us.they face roma who can beat them if they're on song, and plus parma have been milan's boogey side over the years.
having said that,i expect milan to win all 4 of their remaining matches, but 2 wins and 2 draws from us will get us the title.anything less than that, and we're out if milan win all four matches.

I have to disagree with you here. Milan have only one difficult game and that is the last one against Roma. Even that game is played at San Siro at a time where they would have known their CL destiny and would deal with it accordingly.

As for Juve they have a game against Lazio who are good defensively and if go with those uncreative tactics they won't be able to score against Peruzzi. Same goes against Palermo, even though they have a weak defence but they can score pretty easily in counter attacks and Reggina has the same story.

True, I can see another Juventino causing us problems..

The week after we take on siena at which point we will face many juventinos. I seriously think Reggina is our easiest game we are more likely to be motivated for our final match than these three upcoming games.

It would be great for Juve to get a win over Lazio, because their self-confidence and spirits will come back. This is exactly what Juve needs in order to play tight and good - a win over a serious rival. And we all know that Lazio is such a team.

    Ways to Beat Insomnia

"The worst thing in the world is to try to sleep and not to." -- F. Scott Fitzgerald

Being an insomniac is never a good thing, unless, of course, you are referring to the Green Day album or Dave Attell’s popular television series on Comedy Central. The word insomnia is derived from Latin and literally means “Juventus supporter.” Anytime you are unable to get the amount of goals you need in order to wake up feeling rested, you may suffer from insomnia. According to recent studies, insomnia is most common among juventus supporters.

According to the National Center for Sleep Disorders, approximately 30 to 40 percent of adults in this country claim to experience at least some symptoms of insomnia within a given year of Capello's football tactics. These symptoms can include bashing Ibrahimovic, swearing at capello, and a Del Piero vs Ibrahimovic thread. When an insomnia problem persists for more than a month, it is considered chronic.

It should be noted that insomnia is often triggered by extreme stress. If you have experienced Juventus playing in the Champions league, it is not uncommon to experience bouts with sleeplessness. However, if the situation does not improve after a few weeks, you may need to ask Moggi's balls for help.

The anticipation of positive life changes like winning the Champions League, can also disrupt your regular sleep patterns. Insomnia can even be provoked by a Zebinata or a red card for Camoranesi. If you start to have trouble sleeping, then it is very important to determine if an underlying disease or condition may be causing the problem. Sometimes insomnia is only the outward sign of a more serious sleep disorder or medical illness. It can also be a symptom of depression and anxiety.
