It's hard to tell how it's gonna be in Bologna three days from now, but according to many reports, most chances this game won't be played. Play it in afternoon won't help, because of the heavy snow.

But how does one construct a stadium that prevents snow?
Retractable roof + under soil heating

seriously, i cant recall any of the top teams in belgium to have had a game cancelled due to snow in recent years because they got excellent under soil heating

and if they can afford, we can afford

I only see this many postponed matches in Italy. Put a roof, heat the ground :boh:
With a roof that can close like the Amsterdam Arena?
Of course, but it's not only the stadium / pitch. Surrounding roads etc.

Plus, how many fans want to go attend games in freezing temperatures?

Just last season entire matchdays were postponed because of the weather conditions. And they're talking about postponing everything this weekend as well.
