we know you like the fancy flair players that dont work

but this is juventus, who was allways build on determination and workrate, complimented by some fantastic players

we are building up to that again, we are making the base of determination and workrate, complimented by the creativity we could get

but shut the fuck allready, we are leading serie a, without all those flairy players you want

roma ? whats their position ?

milan ? elia cant even tie the laces of any of their creative players. they got extremely good forwards, its their style, its logical they play it

Del Piero is fancy and doesn't work? Did i once say drop matri? Pepe is useless admit it

And no we've had a balance..Nedved? thats class Camo? Thats class Trez? thats class and they all had work effort

When has elia not shown work effort? in both his games he worked hard..

Actually this whole work effort thing is blown out of proportion , this nigga isn't tevez or yaya toure

Marotta: "Elia back with the team on Monday. Didn't train with the club for 2-3 days, that's why he's not with the club now."

"not sure if Cellino wants to sell Nainggolan."

Omg giovinco wasn't used by the last 4 juve coaches....TRASH!!!!

nigga please
Thing is, this guy was actually wanted by the club and we paid a lot of money for him. The fact that he's not even on the bench at times is very telling.

The fact that all our wingers have been tried and tested, but Pepe is the mainstay since the beginning, is telling.

Whats wrong with being technically gifted and having some creativity? This overrating of Pepe is getting ridiculous. We've been struggling on the right flank, try something new. Give Giaccherini or Elia a chance. Drop Pepe.

Chiellini back in the middle :weee:

You can't look at it that way. You must count draws+defeats because you lose pts in both.

So far we lost points in 8 matches.
Milan won the league last year by losing points in 14 matches. Inter won the previous one by losing points in 14 matches, just like Milan last year, etc etc etc.

The points we lost (lost, not won, of course) with the draws are a handicap indeed, but you're counting things in a wrong way.
We are halfway now in the season with 8 draws, let's say this trend continues to 16 draws by the end of the season...that's 32 lost points. Obviously that is far fetched to think we will draw that many more games but eventually we will lose some games and not collect points. My whole argument is that so many draws are going to start being counter productive to our run. A point gained is all nice, but 2 points lost in so many games certainly isn't going to help us.

The trend, as it stands, is certainly frightening the the amount of draws we have accumulated.

Del piero is fancy and doesnt track back, around 2000 there was this massive talk going on about italy not able to field him in the same team as totti because it would be unbalanced to have 3 players not tracking back
However, because del piero, has THAT incredible endproduct, its totally justified at juventus.
and italian coaches tended to be a little TO defensive those days (cesare maldini)

Nedved, Camoranesi, were both players with workrate complimented by massive talent.
trezeguet was one of the best poachers in football history, but you dont really feel he's there most of the game. thats why its a poacher offcourse

Elia versus pepe

congratulations, you just proved you know absolutely nothing about closing down opponents efficiently and dominating an opponent trought the midfield and flanks.

elia ran around a bit, yet attacks started on his side. let elia play with pirlo xavi and fabregas, he'll run years and never recover a pass. pepe however, tend to be good at closing down, at slowing their buildup, cutting out lines, AND has made a good number of contribution in the goals we scored.
sure, i'd take camo or nedved any day, and thats why i want us to replace pepe in the summer with a player that has plenty of efficient workrate, but complimented with great offensive capabillities

and stop saying "nigga". nobody is interested in afro american slang, and just saying it makes people instandly decrease your intelligence by 80%

With the exception of the match in Udine, we didn't play for a draw in any of the other draws. We tried to win in all of them. We failed to win. It's not like we played for a draw in order to win 1 point from a match.
That's why I don't get what's your point.

You'd have had a point if we played carefully, trying not to lose instead of trying to win. But that's not what happened.

Havent been here in a while!!! A couple of years at least... any streams for the game?

I am not so optimistic about the game- Jan/Feb is historically (even pre-Caliopoli) Juve's slump period! I dont know why, it just is. We've been shit for a couple of games too so that doesnt help. I hope Matri/Marchisio/Pepe regain form. If they don't, Conte has to drop them and start looking towards Boriello/Del Piero (even Iaquinta!!!) for goals, and Krasic/Elia for some invention on the right.
