I think he should consider resting Khedira again.
He relies heavily on his stamina, and I don't think it's a coincidence his form dropped recently.
Also, he'll play for Germany again and it's always a gamble to make him play so many times in a row.
Empoli is now a weak team, and Lemina can do a lot of damage if playin as a RCM, his most suited position.
I'd rest him this game.

And maybe Alves could use a break too. He'll play as a starter for Brazil in 2 tough games.
I'd unleash Lemina + Cuadrado on the right, it could work very well.

We should be careful here, Empoli is playing at home and know their limitations very well. also we will not always score from gifts like Pjanic vs Zagreb and opponents will stop putting the ball in their own net at some point too, if we want to win regularly we'll need to find more chemistry in our attack soon
