Defense isn't an issue. Why would you replace Bonucci with Thiago Silva anyway?
We need to add one or two Pogba/Dybala level top players in front of them to reach a next another level.
In the 352, a Khedira upgrade with WC potential, Cavani, and a right-footed AS clone will do the trick.
Plus need a young AM/LW in the team with WC potential.
