I don't think he lost his place, it's only down to the fact he has played 120 minutes in midweek. I expect the farcical rotation to continue.

I have nothing against Evra playing as he still offers enough to start but on the other hand Alex Sandro is too good to be on the bench. I think rotating the wide players is more than acceptable as in our system they have a huge workload on them.

I'd renew his contract for another season. He's excellent for depth, still in form. BUT Alex Sandro being the definite starter is a no brainer. He's on another level quality wise.
