He's basically writing that the Inter fans should stop playing the victim all the time, and stop blaming other teams or referees for all their shortcomings. The 2002 scudetto was used as an example; where he says that it was won on the pitch, but that merda fans were blaming everything for their own failure. And now when they are still lagging behind they keep looking for excuses especially when Juventus are getting better and better, instead of accepting that their squad is just simply not as good as ours.
