y, but if some of your wins are undeserved in the first half of the season, then it's premature to be excited just based on statistics
Well, considering our central midfield this season so far, I think we have even overperformed.

nah, we have enough resources all over the squad to fix the midfield either by changing formation or deploying different players there. besides it's still a better midfield than the one of Fiorentina, Genoa, Milan or Inter.

Only Marchisio and Pjanić are, shall we say, comparable to what we had under Conte. Lemina, Sturaro, Khedira, Asamoah and Hernanes are mediocre. Khedira is too fragile, Asamoah is ruined by injuries, Hernanes is way past his best and Lemina and Sturaro are just average.

dunno, I like Lemina and think he has a lot of potential. Khedira also suddenly didn't become a different player from last season, imo he is used too frequently and should play deeper, especially in 352. Sturaro and Hernanes are limited, but still useful if you know how to get the best out of them. of course the midfield is weaker than under Conte, but it is not overperforming, maybe the results say so, but on the pitch I think our midfield is definitely underperforming.

We should go for Verratti in the summer. Splash the cash.

Does anyone else have a bad feeling about this game? Lazio look menacing, and our defense seems to concede a goal every game. I know we are bound to lose that unbeaten home record at some point, and I sincerely hope it won't be against Inter :yuck: :inter: or Milan.

We'll beat Lazio. We may concede but we will win.

Seems a bit premature to wave goodbye to the Scudetto when you are possibly two points behind the first place with a game in hand.
True but I want to say that if we aren't able to beat Lazio at home, than we don't have to expect anything better against Roma and Napoli games away ,at least in that two games(more tricky games also coming) and Inter and Milan games at home. That's why I wrote that we can say goodbye to Scudetto, not mathematically,of course we have a game against Crotone in our hands.
