Napoli’s starting lineup is actually weaker than Juve’s. Across almost all positions, Juve has better players. From the 11 starters Napoli are currently playing, maybe only Anguissa and McTominay could be considered fixed starters over Locatelli. Only Conte has been able to get results with this lineup, otherwise, these players under any other coach would probably be fighting for 4th-5th place at best.

The Lucca guy looks so average. He also keeps losing possession and getting away with pulling shirts. Any Juve player would have been booked by now.

Wot?

A semi retired KDB is still miles ahead of our current jokers. Rahmani too would be an upgrade over all our defenders barring Bremer.

Who would you play De Bruyne instead of? In my opinion, Yildiz, Chico, or Thuram are currently more effective players. De Bruyne is better than Koop, but Koop isn’t our starter player right now. yes Rahmani could also be a starter in place of our other defenders except Bremer, but he’s 31, and I still think it’s Conte who got him into that form.

Overall, even with what you said, Juve’s starting lineup is still much stronger than Napoli’s. Seven or eight of Juve’s 11 starters would easily be fixed starters at Napoli.

KDB looked done out there. The cooling break probably saved him from collapsing. Maybe he’ll start playing once the weather feels a bit more like rainy Manchester.
