It’s funny how Bologna probably fucked up Roma’s CL for next year. If Atalanta finishes 5th, 6 teams qualify for CL, so if Atalanta wins more than one point in the next two features, Roma is fucked
And Bologna losing to Genoa sounds pretty good for Bologna because they will divide CL’s pool money by five not by six next year
If Fiorentina wins conference league, the shit league will have 9 teams in Europe next year and somehow Napoli might still miss a spot

Atalanta is leading 2-0 and is at 4th if it stands. This will mean Roma will not play in the CL.
Another reason to like Atalanta.

inda might have breached self sponsoring rules when suning paid 20m for the naming rights for their training centre over multiple seasons. now they have an offer from bper closer to the real market price a 3m lol

We don’t have a sponsor for that, right? Continassa is just Continassa.

it is

btw one could argue that jeep is sponsoring our jersey, so it's self sponsoring. that is NOT forbidden. what is forbidden is to oversponsor the club that way. and their training ground naming rights are clearly not worth 10s of millions. the same guy posted this a few years ago, i have no idea which number is more accurate:

@Bianconero81

That Italian jabroni Scummaca with 19 goals - 8 assists in 2300 minutes this year, helping Atalanta win Europa League and finish 3rd/4th in the league.

The jewel of your eye, Dybarbie with only 16 goals - 10 assists in 2600 minutes, helping Roma fail to win anything, and fail to qualify for CL.

Looks like Scummaca > Dybarbie :snoop:

Coming in for a 10th placed team that won 53 points as well. Imo a lot easier to do a good job and meet expectations than after a 90+ point Scudetto season.
Also all teams participating in CL from Serie A will have two extra games with the new format. Minimum 8 games per team.

Napoli with Conte without Europe could be dangerous next season. Let's see what kind of mercato they have.

Normally I dont see an issue with this. Suning is affiliated company and both are private business. They can pay each other as much as they like for ever service they can come up with. However, we were punished last year for something which is not regulated either. So lets see. I expect nothing out of it when it comes to inter. They tend to get out of those situations. If it were Juventus...

it surely goes against ifrs 13 though
How? It covers fair value measurement in your books, as to prevent inflating assets. But you can sell it whoever offers more and above market value. You are not restricted by the market value when selling.

okay, should have been more elaborate. uefa licensing regulations are basically quoting ifrs 13 word by word when defining fair value: https://documents.uefa.com/r/UEFA-C...ions-2023/J.7-Definition-of-fair-value-Online

then the same regulations also say that relevant income should be adjusted to reflect the fair value of transactions. inda's financial reports don't mention such adjustments. they have a usual "transactions with related companies" section in their report, and look at what it says above the table:

page 57 here: https://www.inter.it/media/download...inancial Statements_FY ended 30 June 2023.pdf

"All transactions with related parties were made at normal market conditions." - no shit lol, that's a straight out lie and goes against the very definition of fair value
