This should be Inter's scudetto. They're not shining in 2022, but once they're eliminated from the CL in less than 2 weeks and go through the Coppa semis, they'll be able to concentrate on Serie A only, and with the schedule and the bench they have, it will probably be an easy win by at least 5 points.

Here's the schedule of the top 4, with the red colour representing a tough match and the blue a potential banana skin.

Inter's schedule: Salernitana (H), Torino (A), Fiorentina (H), Juventus (A), Verona (H), Spezia (A), Roma (H), Udinese (A), Bologna (A), Empoli (H), Cagliari (A), Sampdoria (H)
Milan's schedule: Napoli (A), Empoli (H), Cagliari (A), Bologna (H), Torino (A), Genoa (H), Lazio (A), Fiorentina (H), Verona (A), Atalanta (H), Sassuolo (A)
Napoli's schedule: Lazio (A), Milan (H), Verona (A), Udinese (H), Atalanta (A), Fiorentina (H), Roma (H), Empoli (A), Sassuolo (H), Torino (A), Genoa (H), Spezia (A)
Juventus' schedule: Spezia (H), Sampdoria (A), Salernitana (H), Inter (H), Cagliari (A), Bologna (H), Sassuolo (A), Venezia (H), Genoa (A), Lazio (H), Fiorentina (A)

Imo, this should be easy for Inter. As for Juve, if we don't fuck it up, we might even win 3rd, or even 2nd.
Inter plays Verona at home but it still will be a very difficult game for them, at least on paper. More so than Roma IMO.

One thing that is a factor in end of season games is that matches against relegation battlers can become very tricky and ones against mid table sides with nothing to play for can be slightly easier if the players have checked out..

All the teams from Samp downwards in the table have potential to be tricky as they fight to stay up. Away trips to Cagliari, Genoa, Udinese, Samp and Spezia could be difficult depending on their points at that time.

Inter are winning the league though and I still think top 4 / Atalanta should be our biggest worry.

Great analogy, but all of this can be thrown out the window if you see that Milan dropped points against Salernitana and Udinese, and Inter dropped points against Sassuolo (at home) and Genoa.

Napoli has by far the most difficult schedule and Milan seem to be losing their momentum and choking under the pressure. IF we can reduce the gap with Inter to a 2-game margin before we face them at home and IF we win that game (and have a better H2H) anything is possible. Call me crazy but I will only rule us out if it mathematically isn't possible anymore.

Difficult to accept your opinion as there is no criticism of Allegri or discussion about full press or half press.

sarri's worst opponent by ppg, considering teams his squads played against more than 3 times:

1. man.city 0.50 ppg
2. juventus 0.92 ppg
3. napoli 1.00 ppg

i winder whether he intends to improve on his record against his beloved club when a loss here would put napoli to the top of the table lol
