Incredible achievement for this group and this coach

Maybe this is the turning point year for the return of the big 3 rivalry in Serie A. If we stop being absolute shit next season can be really enjoyable if all sides strengthen

One thing that can certainly be said for Pioli is that he’s done a very good job of making Milan hard to beat. They’re not a high scoring team, and don’t particularly dominate anyone, a lot of 1 goal wins. But they win all those 1 goal matches.

Assuming they win scudetto they’ll likely have the second worst goal differential in the 18 years of the current 38 game era. Only Sarri’s Juve @ +34 had a worse goal differential this period.

He's fast and good going forward but defensively he is pretty poor. Pretty much a modern full back.

There don't seem to be many standout LBs at the moment.
Surely that what today's football teams require to stretch teams out a full back with good crossing ability and overlapping runs. Yeah it is hard to find the complete package nowadays with fullbacks.

And Inter scores with Darmian hitting defender to the back of his head with elbow, of course o foul whistle and VAR sees nothing.
reminds me of a goal Iaquinta scored and they called it off and Iaquinta barely touched the guy.
