Leao pushes him in the back I think, which is often given as a foul, but I've no idea how his arms end up like that. Looks like some weird reflex.

Milan are on a downward spiral anyway.

Milan out of CL would sooth the loss of Scudetto quite a bit tbh. In fact, short of winning CL (and Coppa too), that is the closest I can come up with as far as consolation is concerned.

Leao pushing him in the back does not create that situation. The only thing i can imagine is a bizarre brainfart in which he forgot he wasn't playing volleyball.

Pushes can force the arms out, we've seen this before, but it certainly doesn't make you put your arm straight up in the air like that.
