how many stadiums is juventus going to build? how many people will they hire more than they have now?

there is a point where giving tax cuts doesn't pay off any more than taxing more.

and in a economy where people are suffering. taxing rich people more is not a bad thing.
Speaking of stadiums, there were talks of building stadiums for both Juve U23 and Juve Women. Three stadiums is not that bad for one club, is it? Not to mention the Juve HQ, Vinovo, J Hotel etc, etc.

Also the players would spend the money they saved on taxes. They could be investing in real estate, opening their own businesses like restaurants for example, buying more luxury goods like yachts, cars, jewelry, clothes. All these goods are taxed so the state would get their money anyways. The difference is that a part of the money would go to Italian people.

Actually it's quite the opposite with your second paragraph. There is a phenomena called "Laffer curve". It shows that you can raise the taxes only to a certain point. After that point country's income from taxes will start decreasing. It's happening because it is no longer profitable for people to run a business so either they avoid paying taxes or close their businesses.

Raising taxes actually hurt the poor people most. These people rely on others to give them jobs. If there are no jobs in the private sector they can't work.

but it's just speaking of building stadiums. there is no plans yet. there is no plans cuz it doesnt make economic sense to build ones that won't generate profit.

for your second paragraph. trickle down economics don't work though.

but laffer curve is not scientic fact, just theory. but i agree with spirit that taxes can only be raised to certain point. however higher taxes have not been proven 100 percent to drive millionaries away from countries. see UK and Canadian Millionaries and Billionaries. hell in case of canada for example, Panama papers showed depsite tax cuts, millionaires and billionariaes were sending money offshore tax haven accounts. they didn't spend it on economy.

I am enjoying this debate btw. non of what i said what meant to be in a condesending tone. just in case it seems that way

The idea of a stadium for U23/Women is definitely alive, maybe not in the phase of constructing it yet, but is highly possible that it will be build sooner or later. Right now we’re renting a stadium in Alessandria, so it’s quite far from Turin and we also have to pay for it. It won’t be a big stadium, maybe 5000 seats so don’t see it as a genuine stadium as the senior squad has.

Cherubini talked about it last summer, and the rumors about that stadium exist for a few years now: https://www.juvelive.it/2020/06/29/...-di-un-nuovo-stadio-per-la-juventus-under-23/

What does Osimhen care? He could bathe in covid and infect his whole team. All they have to do is not show up to the match, fuck the rest of the league.

Inter can score 4 past these waste-men and we struggle to create even shooting opportunities.

A team that lacks motivation and focus will never be as good as one with it, regardless of individual talent
