First time I've seen it actually. You would have thought it was the biggest scandal of all time. It definitely seems to catch his chest first then onto his arm (so no penalty), but the idiot motions towards making deliberate contact with his arm - in fact all of his body motion suggests trying to make a handball - and then eventually it hits his arm, so it's nothing like I imagined I'd be watching.

I suppose after yet another season of mental torture everything becomes completely distorted. Like it fucking matters anyway, they'll finish in the top 4.
