But why would you treat an intellectualy honest paladin in such a manner?

Nipples really showing their true colors in their appreciation for a coach who had them way over performing and close to a historic scudetto. Class act in naples

Btw i love that he can somehow be sacked and still under contract not allowed to leave. Italy :touched:

I don't understand how Sarri can't resign or Napoli can bar someone from being employed (coaches have to be registered with the league like players or something like that?) or when Napoli employs 2 coaches at the same time, why isn't that constructive dismissal (of Sarri)?

8 million euros is a lot of money for a poor ass club like Napoli.

As classless as it is, I admire their ability to say fuck the player/coaches wishes respect the contract boi.

sarri's wage is around 1,4-1,5m reportedly, so he should cost napoli around 3m a season. he still has 2 years left of his contract, so he's expected to cost napoli around 6m until his contract runs out. since his 8m clause expired, and not a single club was willing to meet this clause, he's only napoli's problem, it's a mutual interest to end the contract. should napoli play the hard ball with sarri in case the coach has offers, they might risk to lose money. i'd be very calm if i was sarri: in worst case, he won't take an other job and get paid with 1,5m/year when basically being on holiday.

it's just a game of power adl the narcissist loves so much to play.

because this is a common thing in Italy hence why a lot of previously sacked managers get rehired again, and its common in Italy because clubs would rather pay the manager's wages till the end of their contract than pay the coach to fuck off because it generally works out cheaper any ways

I wish Juve took a similar stance with their top players

How can he be calm when he is reportedly losing far more lucrative opportunities? Sarri is at fault here, you can't expect people to be understanding when you yourself'aren't. Also i respect ADL for always negotiating from a position of strength.
