It really is a coup, but I can’t see Ancelotti do nothing but fail here.
Here? Or there? :D

Anyway, I'm surprised to see Sarri leave, but I guess big sharks are after him. Ancelotti is one my fav Italian coaches so I can't hate the move. Still, Napoli are getting brilliant results considering the budget and wages. So a 2nd place isn't a failure for such team IMO. What I dislike about them are their Hamsik lines etc. which repeat every single summer and hopefully we won't see them lift the Scudetto to see the "we told you" (after 10 years of failing to win).

Oh. Meant there :D
Ancelotti is a world class coach but he is, when he’s got a world class team. I think Conte would be a much better match with Napoli.

Edit: I really like Ancelotti too.

Carlo seems desperate having worked with big clubs with big transfer budget neither Napoli can hold their key players nor do they have big transfer budget

Napoli is taking steps backwards. Ancelotti is not someone you build a project around. Sarri, for all his failings, had a clear style and future ahead of him for which you could invest in. You could take your money and what slight global appeal you've earned and used it to procure long-term options in the squad for Sarri.

The likes of Vidal, Di Maria and Ancelotti could flame out in months and no one would be surprised. Certainly none are long-term options. It seems like a big waste of such momentum.

If everything clicks just absolutely right, then sure, they have a bigger chance next year. But the margins are razor thin and after next year, it could drop off really quickly.
