It was always a mystery how Inter Milan just suddenly died all of a sudden. AC Milan have been declining since the sale of Shevchenko in 2006/7 season, essentially, long and painful before they got were they are now. Where as Inter just collapsed within the space of two years since winning the champions league in 2010.

Yes, I think they may be quietly organizing themselves. Suning is showing signs of being a serious group and they may actually have real money to pump in.

If any club will mount a serious challenge, it will be Inter I think. Roma and Napoli are eternal treadmill teams and Milan is berlusfucked.

About Gagliardini.. from the little I've seen, the guy seems to have football IQ/instincts/decision making/confidence/leadership off the charts. I've melted for the guy. Could be NT captain material. We should never let this guy escape, specially to the scum.

Dogfight with Inter, a team that is 5th place in Serie A, got knocked out of EL group stage, and Coppa Italia quarters. And all that after spending so much they ran afoul of FFP and couldn't even have half their new signings in their EL squad. Yeah. Real threat.

And  that Pjanic is "net negative" on the pitch but Gagliardini is future NT captain and has off the charts footballing measurables. What utter rubbish.

Yes Pjanic did. The lesson you should learn is not to jump to conclusions and go on and on about how he "is a cancer" and a "net negative on the pitch" and that we need to sell him and move on in the summer just 3-4 months into his first season at Juventus.

And now the same can be said for Gagliardini. He's had a good first 6 months in Serie A at the age of 22. But talking about "off the charts" footballing measurables and future NT captain material already is nonsense, let alone suggesting we will regret not buying him.

Captain of Italian NT always is the guy with most appearances, so Gagliardini can become captain in 2030. If he hadn't gone to Inter I'd say he seems destined for greatness.

The fact that Inter did terribly with de Boer and his appointment basically fucked their season doesn't mean they can't be a serious title challenger next season though, I also think that they already have slightly better squad quality and way more resources than Roma and Napoli.

i already do. considering marchisio's post-injury form, gagliardini could be our 3rd best midfielder already.

Gagliardini seems like a decent all around midfielder. But I must be watching a different Inter games then you because they one I see he isn't really out of the ordinary much, just solid and capable.
