I think Oddo is a good coach for more dominant teams. He likes to have a lot of pressure and possesion, but you can't play that style with freaking Pescara. He is stubborn and want to play fancy and cool but for smaller clubs points are more important than beautiful football. A good coach will always find resolutions to improve and win more games and Oddo doesn't. At this point it's too late to fire him, because Pescara is already relegated and Oddo will be good next season in B where is Pescara more dominant.

Inter's midfield has potential btw! Kondogbia, Joao Mario and Gagliardini. Talentful, skillfull and young.
