Gabbiadini scored 4 goals vs Monaco yesterday. He's been very good for Napoli ever since he joined them despite the limited playing time. I think they should give him the starting spot in attack, he is ready.

He looks like a proper CF now, way more dangerous than when he was playing wide at Bologna and early on at Sampdoria.
Always rated him. He could have been the Zaza alternative here, but ultimately he's too good for that spot, just as he was at Napoli (and Sarri's 'rotation'). He deserves to start somewhere.

Wow I just 'discovered' that Sampdoria sold three players for almost 40 million euro's.
Soriano (14.1m), Correa (13m) & Fernando (12.5m). Also Rizzo (6m) and Duncan (6m). Some good bussines from my friend Ferrero :p

Does Samp has some friendship with Latina or not? I saw they loaned a lot of players from Samp:
Rolando - CB - 21 year
Barry - CB - 19 year
Cricuolo - CM - 19 year
Varga - CB - 20 year
Rocca - CM - 20 year
De Vitis CM - 24 year

LaSamptina?

Yes. But who have Samp signed? Because they have basically sold their most important players. A couple of nobodies + Cigarini. I'd bet on them to be around the relegation zone unless they change that.

Samp and Genoa have both huge debts isn't it? So it's good for them to get some money to lower it. They bought Leandro Castan from Roma, who is a good defender for a club as Samp, but he is a gamble because of his brain operation. They also bought Linetty (a big Polish talent), Djuricic on loan from Benfica, Sala from Hellas (Second best Hellas player for me last season), Shick (they say he is a big talent but don't know him) and Budimir who was the main man in Crotone's promotion. Not big transfer but it CAN turn really well for Sampdoria, but if the new youngsters will flop they will be indeed in relegation zone. Samp is one big gamble next season. I hope they will do better than last season, they deserve Serie A.

Trouble in Trashtown again :weee:

http://www.football-italia.net/88981/agent-insigne-planning-leave

Lorenzo Insigne's agent threatens a departure from Napoli: 'We didn't like their answers, we must ask to leave'.

The 25-year-old was second only to Gonzalo Higuain in the attacking hierarchies of the Partenopei, and his contract was assumed to be secure throughout the summer.

But his agent dropped a bomb in an interview with Radio CRC, suggesting Lorenzo is actually considering a move because of disagreements with the club.

“In our last meeting, we didn't like some of the answers that the club gave us,” said agent Fabio Andreotti. “Lorenzo made a decision with his heart, but a player's professional life doesn't last forever, and when other clubs are willing to reward you financially, then you've got to get onto the market.

“With a heavy heart, I must say that there are clubs that are considering us. Napoli don't want to let him go, but the contract they're offering does not satisfy us, we have better offers.

“Three among the richest clubs in Europe want Lorenzo, and [sporting director Cristiano] Giuntoli has known this for a long time.

“Napoli turned them down and we were happy about that, but then we didn't like some of the things they told us. His heart is in Naples, but the professional understands now that his path with Napoli could come to an end, considering what his situation is like with the club.

“A buy-out clause? Usually players request that to guarantee a way out if things go in a certain way. Insigne would place it for life, but only for a club that would guarantee him an important role.

“If you count the goals and the assists, after Higuain there's Lorenzo and then [Marek] Hamsik. In the past, Lorenzo thought only about the good of Napoli, but if there isn't an adequate project then we must ask them for permission to take our leave.”

Andreotti was also asked whether Insigne's contract would remain the same or whether it would be changed.

“Napoli have the final word, and they have every right to do what they like. But they must remember that players are not robots, but also men. Lorenzo is extremely unhappy about this, because he sees his future in Napoli.”
ADL  Everyone hates this dumb old fuck.
