City made an offer and Madrid are probably waiting to see what to do with Neymar.

We made a ridiculous offer that was probably laughed at, are we interested in increasing our offer? I don't think so we are already looking otherwise and again offering 10 Million less than the asking price.
Ok, if true...here is my counter:

He has said he does not want to go to England. We made an offer because we were in pole position so we are playing hardball. If City ups an offer, I am sure we will have to do that as well. Just because they didn't take our offer doesn't mean it was laughed at...I am sure we explained our reasons and said we are willing to negotiate further hence we are still in negotiations...otherwise Juve would have said he is off the drawing board. 10m is 10m, I am sure if we gave them a discount on Tiago or another player they would agree. They are in no rush either knowing City "may make a bid"...so both clubs are playing their best possible hand. Can you blame them?

He said he already wants to leave ATM...I don't see the fans supporting him and he knows it. The club knows it. And the club knows he needs to be sold this summer. Juve have made a bid and have shown the most support for Kun, I am sure he recognizes this. Money talks, but not always. So let's see how this goes.

If City make an offer higher than ours which I am sure they will, rest assured we are not going to make a counter offer seeing as both Marotta and Agnelli said several times that we are not going into a bidding war.

If there ever was a player worth over spending for its Aguero. We have over spent on such crap players in th epast who have gave us nothing, i hope we don't lose him because of 5 or 10mil.
