Marotta isnt 100% wrong to offer less than the asking price. Buying a player for 45 million is a pretty big risk, after all Aguero hasn't really proven himself even though he hasnt had the chance to considering he isn't in a CL side but still..its a risk.

I'd love to have Aguero in the team but I think Bastos on the Left + a good CB and LB would be more important, Lichsteiner is already a great buy but Chiellini needs someone better than Bonucci to partner him
